This is an amazing autumn healing soup, don’t over heat the veggies to make sure to retain the nutritional value.  If you can lightly steam them or boil them in the water that you are going to use for the soup for a minimal amount of time.  Again the heating at the end – just 5- 10 minutes (maximum) Stirring, to make sure to retain all of the nutrition.

The turmeric should not be heated up until the very end, so the last cup from the nutribullet.  Blended then heated up for a short while, again to retain the nutrient value and all of the enzymes.

This is an amazing fall / autumn healing soup with anti inflammatory qualities of the turmeric, the grounding qualities of the root veggies,  the orange veggies are great immune system boosters.
