Extremely delicious,refreshing and nutritious raw vegan ravioli – my 8 year old said they were “spectacular” so they must be great!

You can make them with sprouted, soaked (or cooked / tinned / carton chickpeas / garbanzo beans) whatever you prefer!  Sprouted would be preferable nutrition wise Рhowever they are just amazing either way.

The Pasta is really easy to make with a vegetable peeler and a zucchini – simply hold the end and peal like below.
